Before Rockstar ever put GTA VI in our hands they put it on the cover of a fashion magazine. On August 26 Dazed dropped its autumn 2026 "New Idols" issue with Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos on the cover, and every screenshot in it was shot like an editorial, with the brands called out piece by piece like it's a real shoot.
That should tell you something. GTA VI isn't treating clothes like a menu you scroll through. The fits are the point.
And I want to say why this matters plainly. Miami style is Black and Latino style. The linen, the gold, the pastel, the fresh white tee in 90 degree heat, that came from the people who actually live there, not from a mood board. Vice City has always been Rockstar's version of Miami, so if they're going this hard on fashion, it's our culture they're putting on screen. I've already written about the most stylish gamers in esports, and now the game itself is getting dressed. So here's every look that's got me paying attention.
The Vice City fit check
The cover look
Dazed, autumn 2026 "New Idols" issue
Lucia in Stock 305, Jason in Nola with a Ferruccio Tucci watch.
Those are fake brands Rockstar made for Leonida, and they made enough of them to style a whole magazine shoot. Stock 305 has the Miami area code right in the name, which is exactly the kind of detail that makes it feel real. It's the first time I've seen a game build a fashion world deep enough that a real fashion magazine could shoot it like a collection.
The read: Rockstar didn't make outfits, they made labels.
Lucia's archive dress

An archive Ferruccio Tucci dress.
Archive is the word fashion people use for older pieces from a designer's past collections, the stuff that's hard to find and means something. Rockstar used that word on a video game character. Lucia's whole story is a woman fresh out of prison trying to change her life, and dressing her in archive pieces says she knows exactly what she's worth.
The read: Fashion vocabulary in a GTA game. That's new.
Jason's everyday uniform
Official screenshot via Dazed
An archive jacket, Nola glasses, a This/That top, and custom Caliber jewelry.
Jason's look is that relaxed but expensive Florida thing, sunglasses, a chain, a watch, nothing loud but nothing cheap either. In another shot he's in a mint green blazer over a cream polo. That's the guy at the cookout who didn't try hard and still looks the best.
The read: Quiet money, Florida edition.
Bae-Luxe and Boobie Ike
Supporting cast, official screenshots via Dazed
Bae-Luxe in a Stock 305 dress and glasses, custom Caliber chains, Nola boots. Boobie Ike in a Blagueurs shirt.
The side characters got styled just as hard as the leads. Bae-Luxe's chains and boots are the most "I'm the main character of my own story" look in the whole set. And that's what makes it feel like a real city. Everybody has a style, not just the people you play as.
The read: In Vice City even the side characters got a stylist.
The Vintage Vice City Pack
Pre-order bonus
Jason in a vintage pastel linen suit with the hair to match.
This is the pre-order bonus, and it's a straight love letter to Tommy Vercetti and the 2002 Vice City. If you played the original, this fit is for you. I already broke down everything in the pre-order and what it costs, so I'm just here for the suit.
The read: The original Vice City fit, back for a new generation.
Electric Fang ink
Ultimate Edition
More than 50 tattoos designed by the art collective FAILE.
Rockstar brought in real artists to design the ink. A tattoo shop in the Ultimate Edition called Electric Fang, over 50 exclusive pieces for both Jason and Lucia. Tattoos are part of a fit too, and getting an actual art collective to do them is the same energy as the fake brands. They want this to look like a real place with real taste.
The read: Real artists on fake skin. Respect.
The bottom line
Put it all together, the Dazed cover, the made up labels with real fashion language, the linen suit pre-order, a real art collective on the tattoos, and a soundtrack built like an album drop. Rockstar isn't marketing GTA VI like a game. They're marketing it like a culture drop.
I'm going to be spending way too much of my first week in Vice City in clothing stores and I'm not even sorry. If you need the full rundown of what else is dropping alongside it, here's every November game worth your money.
Once the game is out, post your best Jason or Lucia fit in the CXM Discord. Best one gets featured.
