In her role, she is the architect behind the powerhouse brands and activations that bring the conference to life each year. More than just placing logos in front of audiences, she curates authentic cultural moments that elevate the voices, artistry, and economic power of creators.
Founded in 2017, CultureCon has exploded into a must-attend destination for emerging and established creatives alike. In 2025, the conference drew over 8,000 creatives, entrepreneurs, and culture shapers across two full days of programming celebrating freedom, creativity, and community.
The energy of CultureCon continues to grow year after year, and Shareese is at the center of that evolution. This year, CultureCon featured standout brand partnerships from Chase Bank, Cricket Wireless, HBO Max, BET, Spotify, and dozens more who activated immersive experiences, creator workshops, and exclusive content pieces.
Under Shareese’s leadership, CultureCon has become a blueprint for how companies can engage creatively and respectfully with culture. Although she is inviting brands into the space, she is more importantly building a cultural bridge, shaping how brands enter the conversation with intention and authenticity.
